Oil on board painting. Attributed to Robert Spencer, 1879 to 1931, an American artist associated with the Pennsylvania Impressionism. The artwork depicts a town port with cargo boats. Signed by the artist on the backside. Undated. Wooden frame. Collectible Fine Art, Nautical Painting, Seascape.
Dimensions
Frame 17 1/4 x 14 1/4 in. Board 12 x 9 in. All measurements are approximate.
Condition
Overall good vintage condition. Signs of wear and age. Slight scuffs and stains in paint. Has chips and cracks in frame. Refer to photos. Sold as is.
