A Russian Soviet revolver shooting classifying badge, 3rd class, for the border guard troops of OGPU. Shaped as a diamond, it features enamel work. At the top, there is a red star emblazoned with the Soviet sickle and hammer. The central design presents crossed revolvers over a target, backed by two red banners.
