AMERICAN GRAND CANYON PAINTING BY GUNNAR WIDFORSS
Gunnar Widforss, 1879 to 1934, Swedish American, a watercolor painting on paper depicting a Grand Canyon view. Signed lower left and dated 1924. Framed. Gunnar Mauritz Widforss was an artist who specialized in painting subjects from the wilderness in watercolor. Widforss is most frequently associated with landscapes from American National Parks.
