VTG ITALIAN SCHOOL VENICE CITYSCAPE OIL PAINTING - A vintage oil painting on board depicting a Venetian cityscape view in the manner of School of Antonietta Brandeis, 1848 to 1926, a Czech born Italian landscape, genre and portrait painter. It is in Venice at the academy that Brandeis perfected her skills as a meticulous landscape and cityscape painter, with intricate and luminous details in the tradition of the eighteenth century vedutisti.
