LOT OF LITHOGRAPHS PRINT BY THULSTRUP AND MYRBACH - A lot of European prints. The lot includes two lithographs on paper, Laying the Pontoons at Fredericksburg and Battle of Spottsylvania by Thure de Thulstrup, Swedish, American, 1848 to 1930; each is signed and titled in the print, lower left. The lot also includes an offset lithograph print on paper, Queen Louise of Prussia Reviews the Prussian Army after Felicien von Myrbach Rheinfeld, Austrian, 1853 to 1940, signed in the print, lower left. Felician Mirbach, Baron von Reinfeld, was an Austrian nobleman, battle painter, graphic artist and illustrator. One of the founders of the Vienna Secession and the Vienna Workshops, director of the School of Applied Arts in Vienna. A prominent master of the Viennese Art Nouveau era. Thure de Thulstrup, born Bror Thure Thulstrup in Sweden, was an American illustrator with contributions for numerous magazines, including three decades of work for Harper's Weekly.
