AFTER HERRERA BARNUEVO SPANISH PORTRAIT PAINTING - Oil on canvas painting, after the ca. 1666 artwork titled Portrait of King Carlos II of Spain As a Child by Sebastian Herrera Barnuevo, 1610s to 1671, a Spanish artist who worked for king Philip IV of Spain. The piece is a full-length ceremonial portrait of a child monarch. Signed by the artist in the lower right, F. Mason. Golden frame. Charles II of Spain, 1661 to 1700, was the last Spanish king of the House of Habsburg. The original painting is now in the collection of the Museum Hermitage, Amsterdam.
