Numbered in pencil, 14 of 30, lower left. Framed. Alexander Surkov is a Russian painter, graphic artist. Studied in St. Petersburg. St. Petersburg State Academic Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture named after. I.E. Repina and St. Petersburg Art School named after. N.K. Roerich. He is known for cityscapes, animals, portraits, and landscapes. Modern and Contemporary Russian Graphic Art Prints and Collectibles.
