ANTIQUE SCOTTISH CERAMIC BALLS SET CARPET BOWLING
An antique, 19th century, Scottish Victorian era ceramic balls set for carpet bowling. Circa the second half of the 19th century. The set includes four heavy ceramic balls of different designs. Carpet Bowling was an indoor game popular in Scotland and later England between 1860 and 1880 and almost every home had a set of balls known as Piggies. Antique European Sports Equipment.
