CLASSIC PERSIAN KERMAN HAND KNOTTED WOOL AREA RUG
A classic mid 20th century Persian Kerman carpet or area rug made of hand knotted wool. The central part of the rug depicts a candle, and a bird surrounded by blossoming flowers. The borders are decorated with floral, foliage and foliate scroll ornaments. The rug has a rich palette of shades. There are fringes on the sides. A sewn label with a number, on the backside.
