The marked body Made in the USA. The gilt cap has an arrow shaped holder, engraved marks, and an enamel diamond shaped element. Marked nib with an engraved image of a gilt arrow on it. The second pen has a gilt body with a relief wavy pattern on the entire surface of the pen and is marked with engraved marks made in France. The gilt cap has an arrow shaped holder.
