UTAGAWA KUNISADA ANTIQUE JAPANESE WOODBLOCK PRINT - Utagawa Kunisada II, Japanese, 1823 to 1880, an antique nishiki e color woodblock print on paper, Ch. 6, Suetsumuhana, from the series Fifty four Chapters of the False Genji, 1864. Signed with Calligraphy, lower right. Additionally inscribed with Calligraphy upper to the center and upper right. Utagawa Kunisada II was a Japanese ukiyo e print designer, one of three to take the name Utagawa Kunisada. He headed the Utagawa school.
