The central part is designed as openwork scrolled foliage with finely carved details and silver pellets, set with various natural semi precious stones like malachite, carnelian, turquoise, and mother of pearl pieces. Adorned with rose gold overlays depicting the letter M on one side and a scorpion on the other. Hallmarked with an 875 Soviet silver standard, a five pointed star, and bears other hallmarks.
