Alberto Giacometti, French, Swiss, 1901 to 1966, limited etching on paper titled The Search Dans lAtelier, 1965. The artwork depicts two human figures. Unsigned. Framed. The paper label shows detailed information about the artwork on the backside. Alberto Giacometti was a Swiss sculptor, painter, draftsman, and printmaker. Beginning in 1922, he lived and worked mainly in Paris. Giacometti was one of the most important sculptors of the 20th century. His work was particularly influenced by artistic styles such as Cubism and Surrealism.
