ITALIAN MALACHITE IMITATION AND GILT BRONZE VASE
An Italian gilded petit bronze furniture vase made in the Louis XV manner. The amphora shaped vase has a malachite imitation body and adorned with a scrollwork design in the upper part, and an acorn finial on the top. Mounted on a foot with a foliage design on the top. Mounted on a stand made in a scrollwork design, and decorated with a malachite imitation. Marked, Made in Italy, on the bottom.
