Ink and graphite on paper drawing by Marion Kathryn Greenwood, 1909 to 1970, an American social realist artist and muralist. The artwork represents a portrait of a Latin American woman in traditional costume. Titled Girl in Rebozo in the lower right. Undated. Signed by the artist in the lower right. Wooden frame. Greenwood often traveled to Mexico as well as countries of Southeast Asia. She saw the goal of her work in going beyond ethnic and cultural stereotypes.
