ANTIQUE RUSSIAN LACQUERED TRINKET BOX W PAINTING
An antique Russian lacquered hand painted trinket box. Black body, red interior. The lid depicts a scene of Russian village life, a famous Russian painting reproduction titled On the Arable Land, Spring created by Russian artist Alexei Venetsianov, in the first half of the 1820s. Traces of stamps on the inner side of the box. Marked Made In Russia on the bottom. Russian Lacquer Miniature For Collectors, Folk Art And Decor.
