GERMAN WWII MODEL RAD LABOR FRONT MINIATURE DAGGER
A miniature World War II Nazi German stainless steel dagger with a matching black leather scabbard. The dagger has a hardwood grip. The blade is decorated with an acid etched inscription Arbeit adelt, Work makes noble. The scabbard bears a swastika with a wheat emblem, the symbol of the womens branch of RAD. Hallmark Kronenkrebs Solingen is on the blade. RAD, short for Reichsarbeitsdienst or Reich Labour Service, was a major organization established in Nazi Germany as an agency to deal with unemployment and indoctrinate the workforce with Nazi ideology. Marked with a stamp, Kronenkress Solingen, on a ricasso. Second World War Historical Relics, Third Reich Militaria, Arms And Cold Weapons.
