ANTIQUE MINIATURE PORTRAIT PAINTINGS ON PORCELAIN
A lot of antique 19th-century miniature paintings on porcelain plaques. Oval format. A total of 5 items. Hand-painted portrait of Louis XVII of France as a boy. Hand-painted portrait of Mary, Queen of Scots, signed by the artist, Wagner, in the lower right. Three transfer-printed galant scene miniatures after works by Jean-Honore Fragonard, a French Rococo painter and printmaker, each signed in the lower left. Ornate golden frames. Franz Wagner was a porcelain artist known for his work at Royal Vienna. Collecitble Porcelain Ware, Decor, Portraiture.
