RUSSIAN GILT SILVER ENAMEL GEMSTONE LETTER OPENER
A Russian gilt silver letter opener with a carved jade blade and decorations to the ricasso on the both sides. Features a green guilloche enameled handle inlaid with the Russian Imperial Warrant set with diamonds and a ruby stone to the middle. The top is crowned with a horse head sculpture.
