The handle is decorated with ornamental filigree and red cabochon cut corals. The spherical tip of the handle is decorated with polychrome cloisonne enamel. The piece also has a chain holder, marked PSD 925. Hallmarks of 84 silver standard and the makers mark are on the palm.
