ANTIQUE FRENCH FAURE MARTY LIMOGES ENAMEL VASE C 1920
An antique enamel on a copper blue vase by Camille Faure, 1874 to 1956, and Alexandre Marty, 1876 to 1943, French enamel artists. Circa 1920s. An elongated vase, expanding towards the top, bright blue. Enamelled on multi-coloured foil ground, the upper part is decorated with images of large white seagulls, and below them, a dark blue stormy sea is depicted.
