A lot of antique 19th-century hand-carved cylinder seal beads, reproductions of Egyptian and Sumer stamps made for sale as a Grand Tour souvenir. Made of lapis lazuli, red agate, plaster. The lot also includes a single oval agate stamp. The Grand Tour was the 17th to early 19th-century custom of a traditional trip through Europe, with Italy as a key destination, undertaken by upper-class young European men.
