ANCIENT SYRIAN ANTIOCHUS VII SILVER TETRADRACHM COIN - An ancient tetradrachm of the Syrian king Antiochus VII, minted at the mint of the Phoenician city of Tyre in 136-135 BC. 177 years of the Seleucid era. The obverse of the tetradrachm depicts a portrait of the king, and the reverse of this coin depicts a symbol of royal power and at the same time the bird of the supreme god Zeus, an eagle. In front of the eagle are minted symbols of the club of Melqart, also known as Hercules, and under the eagle the prow of a warship under the image of an eagle, pointing to the mint of Tire.
