F, on the backside. Completed with an original certificate, Art Connaisseurs Guild, Edition 1967 Inba Mexico, stamped with an impressed seal 2005. lower right. Rufino del Carmen Arellanes Tamayo was a Mexican painter of Zapotec heritage, born in Oaxaca de Juárez, Mexico.
