LARGE RUSSIAN SILVER GILT CLOISONNE ENAMEL KOVSH
A Russian silver gilt cloisonne enamel kovsh. Kovsh is a traditional oval-shaped drinking vessel or ladle with a single handle. The item has a rounded body with a hooked decorated handle and a pronounced front. Decorated throughout with elaborate stylized Pan Slavic floral motifs in polychrome and shaded cloisonne enamel patterns.
