An antique American 19th century silver set comprising a covered cup of a cylindrical form, the body is decorated with a repousse continuous scrolled foliate motif, the lid with a floral motif and scalloped finial, engraved with a monogram, PB, on the recto side of the lid, stamped with illegible marks on the bottom. And a covered inkwell of a cylindrical form, the body features a continuous floral and scrolled foliage motif, the lid opens to reveal a glass inkwell insert with a silver ribbed lid, marked STERLING and features the makes marks on the bottom.
