BRITISH LANDSCAPE PAINTING SIDNEY RICHARD PERCY PRINT
A vintage color print of a painting by the artist Sidney Richard Percy, 1821 to 1886, titled Figures by a Lake in North Wales and dated 1867. Framed. Sidney Richard Percy was a landscape painter. Rendered in Naturalist style, his Victorian landscapes often feature a central Thames River framed by meadows, mountains, and sparse foliage. Although Percy frequently included rural figures and animals in his compositions, his focus was on capturing the beauty and atmospheric presence of the empty countryside.
