Of an oval form with a relief knights helmet and ax at the top, the obverse features a red enameled shield with a superimposed lion, the edge bordered by a white enameled banner inscribed 1215 THE NATIONAL SOCIETY MAGNA CHARTA DAMES 1909. Original ribbon. Footnote: The National Society Magna Charta Dames was instituted in 1909 and the Somerset Chapter Magna Charta Barons in 1930.
