ANTIQUE JAPANESE SILVERED COPPER HAND MIRROR IOB - An antique Japanese silvered copper hand mirror. Late Edo period, 1603-1868. The round mirror is decorated with chased relief depictions of trees and ginkgo leaves. The reverse side is polished to mirror-like finish. The handle is wrapped with yellow reed material. The item comes in original lacquered box with matching design. Provenance: from the personal collection of Miriam Javits. Oriental Vanity Items For Collectors.
