ALPHONSE MOUTON FRENCH STUDIO POTTERY VASE SIGNED
A 1930s French glazed ceramic vase by Alphonse Mouton. Double-handled Vase of bulbous shape with applied double handles swirling in a C-shape around the body. The piece is decorated with a blue glaze under a semi-matte drip glaze of pale blue, cream, and light golden brown. Marked 166 Alpho on the bottom. Alphonse Mouton was a French designer who worked in Saint Vallier in the Southeast of France from the 1930s to 1980s. Collectible Art Nouveau Studio Pottery And Decor.
