A Russian gilt silver cigar case with bright blue enamel to the body manufactured in the guilloche technique. Features a lid which shows a diamond and gemstone overlay image of the Russian Imperial coat of arms in the form of a double headed eagle. Adorned with a cabochon to a pointed finial.
