Georgii Vereiskii, Russian, Soviet era, 1886 to 1962, ink painting on paper depicting a cityscape scene with many figures, 1939. Signed with initials and dated May 26, 1939, lower right. Matted. Additionally signed, on the backside. Georgiy Semenovich Vereisky was a Soviet graphic artist and painter, a winner of the Stalin Prize of the second degree, in 1946. One of the artists of the Leningrad landscape school. WWII Era Soviet Artworks And Russian Art Collectibles. One of a kind artwork.
