After a 1757 fresco titled The Mandarins Walk by Giovanni Domenico Tiepolo, 1727 to 1804, an Italian artist, son of Giovanni Battista Tiepolo. The artwork depicts a Chinese Mandarin escorted by two courtiers and a dwarf. The original fresco is situated in the Villa Valmarana ai Nani in Vicenza, on the wall of the Camera Cinese.
