Emile Louis Picault, French, 1833 to 1915, a bronze figure of Hebe and the eagle. Hebe is riding on the wings of the eagle, above a cloud base with lightning and a scroll inscribed From the Mysterious Depths She Brings Man the Divine Sparkle in French.
