The elongated cup is decorated with polychrome floral, foliage, geometrical and scrollwork motifs made in the Cloisonne technique. The recto and verso sides are embellished with relief medallions depicting an Imperial double headed eagle and a monogram of Nicholas The Second. The ware features an inscription in Cyrillic, The One Who Drinks Will Be Healthy, along the top rim. Marked with a standard Russian 84 Silver hallmark, a makers mark, and other marks, on the bottom.
