RUSSIAN GILT SILVER RUBY SAPPHIRE CADUCEUS CASE - A Russian gilt sterling silver case with hinged lid, presumably a cardholder or wallet. The lid is decorated with relief overlay representing a caduceus and winged wheel, referring to the Russian Railway Troops. The overlay is garnished with a ruby and sapphire cabochons.
