An ancient Chinese Han dynasty pottery covered jar named hu. The jar showcases a bulbous body, gracefully raised on a splayed foot. The jar is adorned with bands of stylized scrolls painted onto the surface. The cover of the jar follows the same decorative theme. Dating back to the period from 206 BC to 220 AD.
