ANTIQUE ISLAMIC PERSIAN JAMBIYA DAGGER W SCABBARD
A very fine and early Jambiya dagger in original condition. The blade of a characteristic form has a shallow double fuller and etched to the central ridge with a delicate pattern. The hilt is wooden, decorated with silver-tone metal overlays featuring hand-engraved motifs and protruding hemi spherical adornments. Comes with its original metal sheath with etched patterns all over the surface and a leather belt. Circa 1900. Antique Military Wall Decorations, Oriental Cold Weapon For Collectors.
