1877 RUSSIAN IMPERIAL TURKISH WAR PARADE HELMET
A Russian Imperial Turkish War 1877 to 1878 Parade helmet. The black lacquered body is applied with fitted brass chinscales, all surmounted by a black horsehair comb. The helmet is adorned with a brass alloy plaque made in a shape of an Imperial double headed eagle with a crown on top, inscribed, For Mountain Dubnyak October 12, 1877, upper to the center, on the front.
