YVONE CHRISTA NECKLACE WITH ANTIQUE HAMSA PENDANT
A vintage natural red coral beaded necklace with a round sterling silver filigree pendant. Label tag Yvone Christa is on the clasp, the tag and the pendant are marked 925. The necklace also has an antique 19th-century silver filigree hamsa pendant from Thessaloniki, Greece. Presumably Ottoman period. The upper decoration of the hamsa is a Jewish menorah. Total Weight: 5.4 grams. Yvone Christa is a New York-based traditional filigree jewelry brand. Hamsa is a Middle Eastern palm-shaped amulet symbolizing protection.
