Oil on board painting. Late 19th century. The artwork represents a sea cliff at dusk. Signed by the artist on the backside, Brown. Presumably by Walter Francis Brown, 1853 to 1929, an American marine painter based in Rhode Island and Venice. Golden frame. Collectible Fine Art, Nautical Sea Landscape Painting.
