Titled, dated October 1978 and signed on the backside, Theodore Jurewicz, Cleveland, Ohio, USA. Fr. Theodore Jurewicz, born 1953, is a Polish-American Orthodox priest, the archpriest of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside Russia and iconographer.
