A 19TH CENTURY EUROPEAN ARTILLERY SABER SWORD
A rare 19th century European artillery officers sword. Features steel hilt, ferrule and knuckle guard, the handle is covered with leather and wrapped with a metal wire. The curved steel blade has a narrow double fuller. Marked on the ricasso with three six-pointed stars and an engraved image of an eagles head and marked 1890. No scabbard.
