ANTIQUE ASIAN NIPPON HAND PAINTED PORCELAIN VASE
An antique Japanese Nippon hand painted porcelain vase made for export to the United States. The amphora shaped vase is adorned with two curved handles, hand painted decoration depicting floral compositions and checker patterns in colors of brown, orange, beige, and green embellished with beaded gilded trim and other gilded scrollwork accents. Mounted on three curved legs, decorated with a gilded scrollwork motif. Stamped with a green ink, on the bottom. Circa: 1891 to 1921.
