A 1939 New York Worlds Fair certificate verifying that Major Norman M. Lack was appointed member of the National Advisory Committee for the State of Delaware. The document is signed by the Fairs secretary and president Grover Whalen, as well as stamped with the golden seal. The 1939 New York Worlds Fair themed Dawn of a New Day was held in Queens and was the second-most expensive American worlds fair of all time.
