RUSSIAN OIL PAINTING VENICE AFTER IVAN AIVAZOVSKY
Oil on canvas painting, an antique reproduction of an 1842 artwork titled Venice by Ivan Aivazovsky, 1817 to 1900, an Armenian-Russian Romantic painter, a master of marine art. The original piece is now in the collection of the Peterhof museum, Saint Petersburg, Russia. The painting depicts a morning view of Venice, Italy from the water. Dated 1882 on the backside. Traces of the signature on the backside. Golden frame. Collectible European Fine Art, Venetian Seascape, Italian Landscape.
