1940 NAZI GERMAN BOOK FROM ADOLF HITLERS LIBRARY
A German hardcover book titled Uber Schlachtfelder Vorwarts, Through the Battlefields and Forward by Kurt Hesse. Published by Wilhelm Limpert Verlag in Berlin, 1940. The book is a propaganda fiction about the victories of the German army. Woodcut bookplate Ex Libris Adolf Hitler depicting an eagle with swastika among oak leaves is on the flyleaf. The lot also includes a complementary booklet with 46 color maps. Kurt Hesse, 1894 to 1976, was a German officer, military writer and economist.
