ANTIQUE FRENCH 19 C NAPOLEON III FAMILY PORTRAITS
An antique French oval wooden frame featuring three relief plaques, each depicting a miniature portrait of Napoleon III, Emperor of the French, 1808 to 73, Empress Eugenie, 1826 to 1920, and their son Napoleon, Prince Imperial, 1856 to 79, mounted in round gilt brass frames on a red ground. The wooden frame is decorated with an emblem of emperor Napoleon III representing three gilt bees and surmounted with a crowned N initial. Circa the mid 19th century. Dimensions: Frame 16 x 13 in. Plaques D 3 3/4 in. All measurements are approximate.
Condition: Overall good vintage condition. Signs of age and wear. One of the plaques has a chip and the glass is cracked on another. Refer to photos. Sold As Is.
