ANTIQUE JAPANESE MEIJI CLOISONNE PLATES C 1900
A nice pair of antique Japanese brass and cloisonne enamel plates, both are decorated with a central medallion depicting a phoenix bird surrounded by a wide border with polychrome flowers and butterflies on a black ground. The exterior is also decorated with flowers among brass wire swirls. Meiji period, 1868 to 1912. Japanese Antiques And Collectibles, Asian Enamel Ware, Table Ware And Serveware For Collectors.
