A group of 12 WWII period German Nazi books belonging to the Third Reich childrens book series, Kriegsbuecherei der Deutschen Jugend, or War Library of the German Youth. The lot includes 12 of the 156 weekly editions, numbers 5, 15, 28, 43, 43, 52, 66, 98, 99, 101, 106, 142 dedicated to the glorifying deeds of the German Army. They were published at weekly intervals from 1940 through December 1942 and commissioned by Reich Youth Leader Baldur von Schirach for the Hitler Youth.
